Hello Tomatina Tourists 2008,

This is the information you've all been waiting for: Final pricing and itinerary for our upcoming Tomatina Tour 2008. This year's tour brings upgrades in hotels, transportation and itinerary!

The TOMATINA ONLY tour itinerary is as follows.

TUE 8/26/08
Afternoon: Arrive at Valencia Hotelto join the tour group. After settling in, we'll relax by the rooftop pool, and chill out in our luxury 4**** hotel while we await the arrival of additional tourists.

Evening: We'll have a very important Valencia Orientation/Pre-Tomatina "Tactical Strategy" meeting for all tourists and we'll answer all your Qs about the big day. This meeting is extremely informative & important for your Tomatina experience. Then, we'll then head out for a few pre-Tomatina drinks and be in bed early (unless you want to stay out late- it's up to you). Another option would be to take in Europe's Largest Aquarium (it's Fantastic!), which is open until 12m.

WED 8/27/08 - La Tomatina!
LET'S GET IT ON! IT'S GO TIME!
Early Morning: We'll travel to Buñol early on Wednesday, via Luxury Motorcoach, to be there from the start of the greased pole climbing to the cutting of the ham, to the water fight, to the T-Shirt fight, to the millions of pounds of tomatoes being dumped in the streets and the unbelievable mayhem that follows! Lots of group photos covered in tomatoes and then we'll hop the motorcoach back to our hotel to relax.

Evening: We'll clean up and prep for a night out in the big city, drinking many pitchers of the most addictive and delicious alcoholic beverage on the planet (native to Valencia)- don't you wanna know what it is? Afterwards, we'll meet up with an Australian/New Zealand Tour Group (friends of ours), and blow it out at a beach-side Outdoor Dance Club late, late into the morning hours.

Late Morning:Check-out of your hotel room and you're off to your next destination. We hope you enjoyed yourself!

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE?

Not included in this package is: food (other than hotel breakfast buffets), drinks, any bar/club admissions, all cab fares, plus any additional costs, with or without the group (museum entrance fees, etc.), and not listed above, are the responsibility of each Tomatina Tourist.

**Should you decide to pay by credit card or PayPal, there's a 4% processing fee that the credit card companies impose on us, but that can be refunded by securing your spot with a credit card charge, initially, and mailing a check for the exact amount- at which time we'll refund the cc charge for the full amount (tour price & 4% processing fee).

TOUR NOTE:
Please note, this is a tour group in the Australian/European sense, meaning, not every minute of every day will be planned for you. We will arrange all travel, accommodations and unbelievable nighttime activities, as well as several incredible daytime activities, PLUS an amazing Tomatina experience, but you will also have afternoons which you will decide how you'd like to spend them (shopping, going to the beach, a museum, clubbing, etc.); and we'll be happy to help you plan, by letting you know all of your best options for fun. However, if you're uncomfortable with managing your own activities for an afternoon, without a chaperone, in a friendly foreign country, this may not be the trip for you. We expect all of our tourists to be competent travelers capable of managing themselves responsibly in a foreign country, ask for help when needed, and to be respectful of all other tourists, cultures, and people we encounter. Should your behavior or activities be extremely disruptive to the group, you will be dismissed from the tour, without a refund.
